ASV Zurich & Apnea Center Discover Freediving Course

On July 11, a group of twelve prospective freedivers engaged in our Discover Freediving Course, a biannual exclusive offering for the ASV Zurich. The course commenced with theoretical discussions on subjects like relaxation techniques, breathing cycles, the mammalian dive response, and freediving safety. Subsequently, participants demonstrated commendable proficiency in the Static and Dynamic disciplines. We extend an invitation to all of them to further explore the world of freediving with us, anticipating the pleasure of encountering them in the aquatic realm once again.
